After Todd did some research it appears that the one on the left is the C & O 2705 and the one on the right is the B & O 4500. If you have any info to the contrary please let me know.

Description:  Date listed as 1951 only. Postcard reads: Doubleheaded by two Kanawhas, the westbound F.F.V. starts out from White Sulphur Springs down grade, 1951. No. 2768 was one of a group of thirty 2-8-4's built by American Locomotive Co. in 1947.
